I started this blog one day while I was home sick. I've never touched it again. Shame on me. I guess I should start with my next foster, who is coming tomorrow, a little shepherd mix puppy who was found in the woods who is yet to be named:
This little guy and some littermates were found in the woods near Baddeck, Nova Scotia. Just this past February 5 puppies were found in the same woods (link) and you would think people would be deterred because of the sentencing of these 'men' but nope... they keep on dumping them. The poor little pups are the ones who pay the price. So, we'll do what we can with this little guy, hope he has a great time while he's here, and hope that we can find him a great home.
Until then, I'll spend some time backfilling a little bit with some memorable fosters, introducing my 'new' girl, Bora, who was just about to arrive at the time of the last post and updating my own dogs' profiles.
